My family of four consists of two vegetarians and two carnivores. As a busy but conscientious mum, juggling family and career, I searched high and low for a book that would show me how to adapt our favourite family recipes to provide a meat and a vegetarian version of the same meal, without having to trawl around specialist health food shops or cook two separate dishes each day. I couldn't find the book I needed so I decided to write one. AUTHOR BIOG: Sharon Buthlay is a busy mum, author, property lawyer and Director of a legal marketing services company. She and her teenage daughter are vegetarians, whilst her husband and teenage son still enjoy eating meat and fish. Having come from a very large family, their get-togethers tended to be huge affairs.
